1. Tuition must be paid at the beginning of each course. We accept cash, check, zelle
2. Tuition fee is Nonrefundable with any reason.
3. VAN HOUSTON ACADEMY understands that emergencies may occur which may cause your child to be absent. However, we will not refund for any day that your child is absent.
4. VAN HOUSTON ACADEMY is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur to the student on our premises.
5. VAN HOUSTON ACADEMY is not responsible for any lost/stolen items. Students should not bring any valuables such as iPads, laptops, smart phones, etc… Students will be responsible for their own belongings.
